We use the information to: provide and improve the Subscriply platform; generate GST-compliant invoices; send transactional emails (invoices, dunning campaigns you configure); respond to support requests; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Data is stored on servers in India. We implement industry-standard security including encryption at rest and in transit, JWT authentication, multi-tenant isolation, and regular security audits.
