1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Subscriply, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Subscriply provides a subscription billing and management platform including subscription lifecycle management, invoicing, dunning automation, AI-powered features, and revenue analytics. The service is provided as-is with the uptime SLAs specified in your plan.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including GSTIN if applicable.
4. Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in INR, exclusive of 18% GST. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Subscriply to: process payments for illegal goods or services; send unsolicited communications; attempt to access other tenants' data; or circumvent security controls.
6. Limitation of Liability
Subscriply's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Bangalore, Karnataka.
